Every year, millions of PCs and Macs sit idle in homes, offices, or storage rooms.
When you donate your old device:<\/p>

  • Reduces e\u2011waste<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 helps keep hazardous components out of landfills.<\/li>
  • Supports education & community projects<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 the hardware is refurbished and given to schools, non\u2011profits, or low\u2011income families.<\/li>
  • Saves the community<\/strong> \u2013 A small donation can provide a family that otherwise couldn\u2019t afford a computer with one for home use.<\/li><\/ul>

    Who Can Donate?<\/h3>

    Windows PC<\/strong><\/td>Windows\u202f7\u202fSP1 or any edition of Windows\u202f10<\/td>Desktops & laptops from 2008 onward (e.g., ThinkPads, Dell Inspirons, HP Pavilion).<\/td><\/tr>
    Apple Computer<\/strong><\/td>macOS Sierra\u202f(10.12) or newer (including 2017\u20112023 MacBooks\/Pros\/Macs)<\/td>Any Mac that can run at least the latest compatible OS.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

    Note:<\/strong> Devices must be in working order \u2013 no severe physical damage, and all ports\/buttons functional.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/div>

    How It Works<\/h3>

    1. Fill Out the Quick Request Form<\/strong><\/p>

      • Provide a short description of your device (make\/model, age, condition).<\/li>
      • Enter your address and preferred pickup time window.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Free Pickup<\/strong><\/p>

        • Our volunteers will pick up your computer from your home or office at no charge.<\/li>
        • There is no Donation slips but you will get a slip letting you know what i picked up.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Refurbishment & Redistribution<\/strong><\/p>

          • Devices are cleaned, repaired (if needed), and repurposed.<\/li>
          • The refurbished hardware is then donated to schools, community centers, or individuals in need.<\/li>
          • Systems that are placed online for sale will not contain the original data storage.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>

            What Happens After Pickup?<\/h3>

            Refurbishment<\/strong><\/td>Clean, replace batteries\/parts, install a fresh OS, and perform security wipes.<\/td><\/tr>
            Testing<\/strong><\/td>Each unit is fully tested to ensure reliability. Unusable systems will be properly disposed of.<\/td><\/tr>
            Distribution<\/strong><\/td>Handed over to vetted recipients or sold at low cost to cover refurbishment expenses.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

            Do I need to wipe my data?<\/em><\/td>

            NO, We provide a secure wipe service in our office\u2014once wiped, no data will be recoverable. Most systems have their drives replaced with new or high\u2011quality semi\u2011used drives. During the wipe process, we remove the drive from the original system (if possible) and install it into another machine that is not the original one.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

            Can i download my old data<\/em><\/td>Data Recovery: We can recover files from your hard drive if you\u2019d like them preserved.
            Backup Required: If you want to keep your data, please back it up yourself before we pick up the system.
            OS\u2011Drive Removal: Let us know in advance if you want us to remove the operating\u2011system drive. Note that this is not possible on every model; for some machines we must verify that the system boots and works before we can safely wipe or detach a drive.<\/td><\/tr>
            Can I donate multiple devices?<\/em><\/td>Absolutely! Just fill out the form for each unit or list them all in one request.<\/td><\/tr>
            What if my device is broken?<\/em><\/td>If it\u2019s not functional but still has usable parts, we may still accept it for parts recovery.<\/td><\/tr>
